This journal looks good and feels good to write in. I usually have a hard time getting myself to journal regularly, but this daily practice has me coming back every day. I enjoy the extra practices and the daily prompts are helpful to get me to reflect every morning and evening. I would recommend this as a personal practice or as a gift!
